SHIPPING POLICY:
Delivery time is usually from 3 to 10 business days for most international destinations, when express service is selected. This does not include your country's customs clearance processing time.
The parcel is delivered to your address, adult signature required.
Be advised that we can guarantee the shipment of the order but we cannot guarantee the delivery, as items sent by registered airmail or courrier services can be lost, stolen or seized by customs.
It is strictly the customer’s responsibility to deal with the shipping company, and /or your local customs office. All customs fees and local taxes are the the customer's responsibility.
We will provide you with the tracking number of the shipment from dispatch date, from then on you must contact the shipping agent should there be any problems.
You will be required to pay the return shipping fee to us for all returned items.
Should your item be damaged or non-working we will gladly replace it for you. You will however be responsible to pay the return shipping cost to us.
