Returns Policy:

• Customer satisfaction is our No.1 priority. 

• Our ultimate goal is to retain a 100% positive customer satisfction .  

•  If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately via contact link.

• We provide EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS only; for same or like goods. All shipping costs are borne by the purchaser.  

• All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in NEW condition with all original packaging and accessories included.. The buyer must contact us to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the item. We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand; however, that every customer is unique and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.

• We will then provide instruction on where to return your product(s). You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via insured courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued.

Please take into consideration that the returned package will be returned to China. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive and inspect the returned goods for damages or loss caused by purchaser.

· Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.

Ø Your full name and the date the order was placed and received

Ø A list of the  product(s) to be exchanged or refunded

Ø The reason for the return of the products

Shipping :

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OR DUTIES AND TAXES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED WHEN GOODS ENTER YOUR COUNTRY

• All items are professionally packaged and sent with a complete packaging. Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from China to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase.

• By dafault we ship via  EMS, unless you select DHL expedited shipping

• Combined shipping is ALLOWED. Purchase as much as you want to save on shipping cost.

• Insurance is optional but highly recommended to cover loss of shipment. If Insurance is not purchased we will not be responsible for lost stolen or damaged shipments.

• Item will be shipped within 1~3 days of payment received and estimated arrival time-frame is within 3 - 7 business days

• Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number; and personal tax ID number where necessary 

•  We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. 

• We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.

• We do not ship to any address other than the billing address of payment type

      Expedited Shipping (7-10 days)

• We ship via DHL express. Usual shipping time, from our facility to your port of entry (not including customs clearance in your country) is 3-5 days

• We ship via EMS (express mail service) Usual shipping time, from our facility to your port of entry (not including customs clearance in your country) is 7-10 days

• You can track your shipments by clicking on these links below; you will be notified as to what courier service we used in your confirmation mail.

• If your tracking number is only numeric, then your package has been shipped with DHL and you should track at www.dhl.com

• If your tracking number starts with EA then your package has been shipped by EMS. In this case you should track your package on your national postal service website.
